Shruti Hassan is already a known name even before her first film hits the screens given the varied talents in playback singing and rock shows. However, Shruti has no qualms in giving her best when it comes to making it big on the silver screen. She is set to make her debut with Imran Khan in ‘Luck’ and it is a well established fact that newcomers do have to assort to some amount of skin show in order to establish themselves. Shruti is also all game and sport when it comes to donning a bikini for the movie but she would do it only if her daddy dearest Kamal Hassan is not there on the sets.

Shruti had even confessed in a recent interview that she wouldn’t be able to act before the camera and had to request dad to stay away from the sets while shooting for ‘Luck’.

The visit to the Guantanamo Bay prison horrifies Katrina

Recently Katrina Kaif got an opportunity to visit the security prison at Guantanamo Bay as she shot for a movie at the place. The place horrified the delicate beauty so much that she was left drained and gloomy after her visit to the place. When she came face to face with the stories of brutality and tortures associated with the prison, she was absolutely shocked.

A depressed Katrina said, “We are not making a documentary on 9/11 and so this film is highly entertaining yet very realistic. We shot in actual locations associated with the 9/11 attacks and Guantanamo was one of them. I was there for just a day to shoot my portions. It was shocking to see the high-profile prison where people who were sentenced for their lives were also living.”

“I did not meet any person arrested and jailed in connection with the terror attacks. But I have heard stories about them when I was shooting there. Some most wanted criminals have stayed there”, she added.

The lovely and talented actress we know as Lana Turner was born Julia Jean Mildred Frances Turner to John and Mildred Turner in Wallace, a small mining town located within Burke Idaho.Julia’s father was a mine worker while her mother Mildred was a beautician and her family was constantly plagued with monetary problems due to her father who would squander his paychecks drinking and playing cards. He soon began running bootleg corn liquor until a close call with authorities caused him to flee with his family to San Francisco, California.When Julia turned six her parents separated and in December of 1930 after winning money playing poker John Turner was brutally bludgeoned to death. Mildred attempted to provide for she and Julia but was losing the fight and was forced to put Julia in foster homes where in one of them she was abused verbally and physically via her caregivers.Mildred needed desperately to move to a warmer climate due to her bronchitis and she and Julia packed up and moved to Los Angeles where Julia attended Convent of Immaculate Conception and later Hollywood High School.
